Did you know that Children's Hospice South West are the only hospice care in the South West for children with life-limiting conditions. This means that these children are not expected to survive into adulthood. CHSW provide respite care and support for those children and their families who are having to cope with the most difficult of situations. Funds are used for so much but some examples are providing arts and crafts materials for fun filled memory making days or the purchasing and up keep of specially adapted transportation.
